The time is finally here. Daddy’s Creek Go Fast Day, at long last, has arrived.

The annual event, held on Daddy’s Creek in Crossville, Tenn., is set for Feb. 28, following weeks of waiting on rain.

“It’s go time friends,” the event’s social media posted Feb. 26.

Event Details

This year will continue to feature men’s and women’s divisions of both long boats and short boats. The short boat cutoff is 9-foot-4.

Should you choose to race in a team of two or three, the time of the slowest member of your team will count as your official time.

Registration remains free and will be at the starting line of the race at 2 p.m. EST.

LAST TIME OUT

Shawn Feagin took home the win in men’s long boat, as well as posting the fastest time of the day. Lucy Bolin won the women’s long boat division, while Micah Cox won men’s short boat and Micah Feagin won the women’s short boat category.
