Daddy’s Creek Go Fast Day could happen this weekend

The 12th annual Daddy’s Creek Go Fast Day could be this weekend, according to the event’s social media.

A decision will be made Jan. 15, on if conditions for the event — which is rain dependent — are ideal. Should conditions be deemed favorable, the race will take place Jan. 17, 2026.

Registration for the event will be on-site.

LAST TIME OUT

In the 11th annual Daddy’s Creek Go Fast Day, Shawn Feagin won the Men’s Long Boat Category, while Lucy Bolin took first in Women’s Long Boat.

Micah Cox placed first in the Men’s Short Boat, while Micah Feagin placed first in Women’s Short Boat.
